One of Lisbon’s most modern office and retail complexes, the Colombo Towers, was built within the Colombo Shopping Centre, opposite the Sport Lisboa e Benfica stadium. The Colombo Towers offer 2,000 m² of open-plan office space, which allows for great flexibility in terms of space utilisation, natural light and visibility, whilst incorporating the most advanced technological solutions for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

With the KNX automation system in place, open-plan spaces can be divided into offices and meeting rooms via local controls without the need to alter the electrical installation. It is possible to adjust the lighting levels in the rooms according to natural light and the presence of occupants. This project was developed with Siemens in collaboration with the renowned designers at LMSA.
