In December 2004, Unilever and Jerónimo Martins entered into an agreement for the integration of Unilever Bestfoods Portugal.

In the centre of Lisbon, the refurbishment of an old building brought new technologies to the project. The cutting-edge details, design and concept called for a bespoke solution.

This building is an example of how it is possible to combine energy efficiency, comfort, design and technological control in a building.

Schneider Electric Portugal collaborated on the implementation of the solution.
